for everyone
I am ALAIV!! XD

I dont blog here much anymore since well, other reason haha. But my friend Maan showed this to me and I just HAVE to share hahahahha! Apparently there's an ongoing thread in pinoyexchange about who is the best hs in the country. Now, I have been an alumni (WOOOHOOO) for a year and a few weeks now hahahha and I still have some csa blood in me that I know won't go away so when she showed me this, I was shocked but then it was redeemed by an anonymous hero of an augustinian! yey! XD anyway, i'll post the rant of this people here and lemme know what you think ne! :D

Again, this is a post to a thread which is trying to find out which hs in the country people think is the best.

"CSA Makati? puh-leeezzz!

that's the end of the bad guy's rant (bad guy wtf. hahahaha. if whoeveryouare is reading this, no offense. i find this purely entertaining:P) SOOOOO here's the reply! of some fellow augustinian (who i am assuming is our batchmate or someone who recently graduated abou 2 years ahead or until batch 2007)
MY HERO XD

" Well, well, well, someone's got a vendetta....

I couldn't be more amused at a post that apparently does not do RESEARCH....and affirms the apparent "dumbness" of CSA-Makati by his/her wonderful source: A SECURITY GUARD!!!! LOL!

Ok let's get down to business and look at things with a MORE OBJECTIVE point of view.

While I give high respect to the Science High Schools in the country, I don't think I've seen anyone from their schools to actually show the amount of opprobrium or haughtiness you've OH SO CLEARLY demonstrated.

Would it affect your HIGH STANDARDS of being the STUCK-UP A** that you are and shock you that a number of Science High School graduates that you probably are proud of come originally from CSA.
CSA has the Seventh grade and I remember during my time that a good number of our batchmates decided to take the shortcut and go to a Science High School skipping the seventh grade to shorten their educational attainment.

Lo and behold, these same people that took their first six or seven years in our school did so well in the Science High schools that you put so highly on a pedestal and come back saying that they owe it to the good science and math programs that are offered as early as PREPATORY. Take note, in a recent ASEAN math and science quiz bee, CSA-Makati dominated together with students NOT from SCIENCE high schools but CHINESE schools in the country...landing a FRONT page mention in the PHILIPPINE DAILY INQUIRER. (I wish I clipped that newspaper article, I didn't really put much though into it because it's a common occurrence)

I'm flattered that you'd even mention we have a "personality." The way your post was going, I'm quite bewildered to think that it's our only saving grace. I also apologize for the fact that we don't just talk the talk, but we walk the walk as well.

I would like to know where all your incredulous vibe is coming from, could you have been kicked out from the school you're trying to malign and for PETE'S sake, before posting something, DO YOUR RESEARCH...that's a standard operating procedure especially when you try to back up your incongruous claims.

Yes I can honestly admit to you that we OFFER summer classes but DO TAKE note, it is NOT EXCLUSIVE to our school. I can also adamantly claim that we do have a VERY large school population. The classes you may have seen or as your SUPER SOURCE - a security guard no less, compose of different grade levels and a number of subjects.

WE ALSO OFFER ENGLISH AND FILIPINO summer classes NOT BECAUSE our students lack the grasp for these BASIC of classes but because our school has actually a LARGE INTERNATIONAL STUDENT Population. This is why we have section/s called the "FOREIGNER'S CLASS" Most students that take the English and Filipino classes come from countries that obviously do not really put emphasis on ENGLISH MUCH LESS FILIPINO as a BASIC subject (koreans, indians, fil-ams, etc).

So do we really take the damn f***ing apple tree as your "assiduous" POST would like to point out? I'm sorry but I think you're SORELY mistaken. I know so many other PRIVATE schools which I won't even mention that think so highly of themselves, but can't even freaking create a DAMN, GRAMATICALLY correct sentence. Maybe they should try enrolling in our "ENGLISH AND FILIPINO" summer classes.

(btw, to those offended, these remarks are SOLELY dedicated to the GREAT BIG GOD in the form of dawson_khaled)

Oh and I love it how we're a COUNTRY CLUB posing as a school....well I guess you can say that, because year in and year out, we cater to the children of politicians, diplomats, dignitaries, society's elite and what not. Can you blame us?!! Can you blame our sprawling campus with two fields, the longest and largest cafeteria in the world, 3 huge covered courts, 1 gym that offers among others gymnastics and rock climbing (the first in the country at that), tennis courts that's used by no less than the American ambassador to the Philippines, Fully airconditioned and functional classrooms, state of the art laboratories and a newly renovated Theater to the tune of 60 million pesos that can go mano y mano with the likes of our better Theaters in the country????

We do not claim to be the best school in the country as most of the posters here seem to do so, because THERE REALLY ISN'T A SCHOOL in the country that is ABSOLUTELY the BEST...there are just factors or a certain amount of criteria that may give you the inkling that one school is better than the other. If you base it on academic curriculum, of course Science HS lead the way, if you talk about Athletic achievements, schools such as La Salle, Ateneo which join most available leagues come into mind, if you talk about school facilities there's always our school and the rest (just kidding) but what I do know is that WE ARE A GOOD school that has produced a number of illustrious alumni in such a short span of time (we are relatively a younger school than most private schools in the country) which I need not mention because we don't need to do that to affirm our "greatness."

Oh and I find it utterly hilarious, how you think TWO opinions make for a great case as to how csa-makati isn't one of the better schools in the country....WHOPEEEEDOOOOO!
You should probably join Eddie Gil in his campaign sorties…you’ll do an awesome job

It's just too bad that your line of thinking seems to spew out so much hate and muddle headed judgement that one would think twice before believing your statements. By all means, send your son or daughter to a high school which you think is BETTER than CSA-Makati (I'll even pay for his or her TUITION!) We don't really need any more students, in fact we're trying hard to keep our population to a minimum because of the numerous applicants year in and year out.

For me, I think that a school would be the BEST if it's able to hone your skills, develop your talents and basically bring out the best in you....it can be a public school or a private school, as long as it's able to make you a better person, which clearly YOUR SCHOOL didn't do with you the way you're behaving.

And please get some breeding...I think you may have purchased yours at Rustan's."

WOOOHOOO. Yey. horray for our ingenius intellectual capabilities for debate and rebuttal. Did I spell rebuttal right? OH WELL there goes my extreme augustinian ingenius intellectual capability! XD Joke, this is the effect of summer! (eeeexxcccuuuusseeeesss~)

hahah. sorry. its almost 1am. i'm on a high~ *sings*

Alright bye!!!!
